Bams Sauce Co Mambo Sauces have a shelf life of one year from the production date. There is a "Best Buy" date on listed on each jar.
It does not need to be refridgerated, however we do recommend storing our sauces in the refriderator once opened to maintain their thick consistancy and fresh flavor.
