Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your order is shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7 business days. If your order has not arrived within 7 days you can place a Service Request at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/. Please forward this information Support@bamssauceco.com regarding your delay and we will ship your replacement within 4 business days.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Damaged or Incorrect: Email Support@bamssauceco.com please
include your order number & photos of the damaged order.
Returns: If eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges/Refunds: We have 14 day policy, u unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days. Please email Support@bamssauceco.com to initiate an exchange/refund & include your order number. If eligible for a refund a credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
